    Welcome to the “Power People Project” by Hedonist Photo and to our Denmark-based online store specializing in selling of our book, “Power Book: 100 Power Women of Copenhagen 2023.” Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before making a purchase on our website, 100Portraits.art.<\/p>\n

    By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n

    1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To make a purchase on our website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n

      1. Orders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. The price displayed is the price you will pay at the time of the order, excluding shipping costs.<\/p>\n

        1. Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

          1. Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Delivery will take place within 3-4 weeks after the order is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control.<\/p>\n

            1. Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Due to the specialized nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective or your purchase requires it in accordance with EU consumer law.<\/p>\n

              In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. To initiate a return, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at contact@hedonist.photo. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.<\/p>\n

              Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, you will be refunded the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n

              1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Hedonist Photo will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.<\/p>\n

                  All content, designs, and publications including the “Power Book: 100 Power Women of Copenhagen 2023” are the intellectual property of the artist Molly Marina O. and are protected by applicable copyright laws.<\/p>\n

                    These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.<\/p>\n
