Life is too short not to have a great job - Makio Outplacement

Power is the energy we are all equipped with that helps us navigate our everyday lives and interact with other people. The amount of energy that lies within us is different – some make it through on fumes, while others boil over with energy and it swings and sways as the winds of life change. When I jumped into life as a self-employed person, it took energy, faith …. and COURAGE. From childhood, I have looked at parents and bonus parents who have always worked hard and I grew up with a positive belief that people want the best for me. This has given me my drive and desire to share my resources. I believe that what you give always comes back, just in a different form. This is fundamental to creating positive change in the world and strengthening connections between people. I am privileged to make a living helping people advance in their careers, leadership roles and development. This is where I find my drive, my energy and my power. In life, it’s important to find out what energizes you and do more of it…. and conversely, what drains you and then limit it to the extent you can. With that in mind, you are responsible for fueling your own power – and remember, there’s no shame in reaching out if you need help finding the start button.
