Powermenneske…… humm, sådan har jeg aldrig rigtig set mig selv. Det har aldrig været en fastlagt rute for min karriere, bestemte titler eller et klart mål, jeg ville opnå –andet end at være den bedst mulige mor for de tre guldklumper jeg var været med til at sætte i verden.Når det er sagt så har det altid været vigtig for mig at det jeg lavede gav mening og fodrede mit ”Mission-possible–mindset”. At se muligheder, være nysgerrig og modig nok til at stille spørgsmål og virkelig lytte til svaret. Det er for mig de vigtigste elementer for Power –og jeg har været/er privilegeret nok til at have mulighed herfor. En af de mest power fulde energier sker i naturen når flere forskellige elementer kombineresien cirkulær sammenhæng der skaber en (sund) biodiversitet. Overfører man denne samskabelse til arbejdsmarkedet, og ser alle forskellighederne som styrker, der med deres unikhed, er værdiskabende for helheden, kan man opnår manen reel inklusion af diversitet.Min passion og grunden til at jeg grundlagde withINTENT.dk, ligger netop i Inclusion of diversityog herved skabelse af belonging som fundament for at individet kan udvikle sig som den de er og ønsker at være. Kan jeg bidrage med blot en lille spirre, til at vi i teams, organisationer og i samfundet alle får mulighed herfor, føler jeg mig meget heldig og som et POWERFULDT MENNESKE.
Power person…… hmm, I’ve never really seen myself that way. There was never a set route for my career, certain titles or a clear goal that I wanted to achieve – other than being the best possible mother to the three golden nuggets I had helped bring into the world. Having said that, it has always been important to me that what I did made sense and fed my “Mission-possible-mindset”. To see possibilities, to be curious and brave enough to ask questions and really listen to the answer. For me, these are the most important elements for Power – and I have been/am privileged enough to have the opportunity for this. One of the most powerful energies occurs in nature when several different elements combine in the circular context that creates a (healthy) biodiversity. If you transfer this co-creation to the labor market, and see all the differences as strengths that, with their uniqueness, create value for the whole, you can achieve the mane real inclusion of diversity. My passion and the reason why I founded withINTENT.dk lies precisely in Inclusion of diversity and thereby the creation of belonging as a foundation for the individual to develop as who they are and want to be. If I can contribute with just a small spur, so that we in teams, organizations and in society all get the opportunity to do this, I feel very lucky and as a POWERFUL PERSON.
