Questions for Molly Marina:

Molly, what did you learn while preparing 100 Power Women of Copenhagen 2023?

  1. Transformation Through Obstacles: My journey from 10 months ago has been profound. The challenges have been the best practice in project management, from task planning to effective communication.
  2. The Power of 3,000 Hours: After logging over 3,000 hours, I stopped keeping a diary; the project had become a part of me. It required a complete rethinking of how I structure myday and protect my time.
  3. Unity in Diversity: Through speaking with over a thousand people, l’ve discovered that the concept of a “Power Person” is broad yet bound by a common factor: mindset. The fusion of art and sociology has shown me the Power of ideas to unite diverse individuals.
  4. The Power Mindset: lf there’s one takeaway that transcends all others, it’s the understanding that mindset is the ultimate unifier and the key to empowerment.
