Let the image shift. Stay with the words. What changes in your reading?
To me Power is about being yourself with skill. Never let anyone change your KEY VALUES and do your best to navigate skillfully through natural up’s and down’s in your life. Power is about taking choices. It is about knowing and prioritizing your big rocks and say NO to all the things that you feel you should do. There is a limit to how many roles we can take (wife, mother, boss, colleague, best friend, super-fit, costume designer for school play, marathon runner) it is not possible to be everything at the same time! To me a Power woman is a person who has self awareness and who are transparent about her strengths and development areas. It is a woman who is clear about her priorities in life (work/life) and ‘adjusts’ accordingly -both practically and emotionally. Last, I see a power woman as someone who contributes to empowering other women around them, instead of seeing them as “competitors”
