Dear future human, Let me share my timeless advice with you – about inner strength and standing firm in a changing world. Life will challenge you, throw you into whirlwinds and storms – exposing you to external events and occurrences in a fast-paced and ever-changing world that will shake you and bring doubt to your mind. Therefore, make your inner core unshakeable. Focus on building a strong resilience, nurtured through self-awareness and an understanding of your own value. Find strength in your passions, talents and what brings you joy. Let that same strength anchor itself as an inner compass needle when faced with turmoil and questionable choices. Be curious and open to growth so that you learn throughout your life. This learning is the source of wisdom and a creative mindset that can give you the strength to take care of yourself and the courage to adapt. Don’t let resistance and mistakes knock you down; they are building blocks for more inner strength – but make time for reflection so you can learn. Surround yourself only with good people who encourage you and help you flourish. Be wise and discerning, and realize that the strength is within you. So when the wind blows and the earth shakes, you will remain steadfast as the mountains, agile as the water and radiant as the sun.
