To see how a person who has been switched off grows and starts to believe in themselves is life-affirming/gives me great joy. We need to see the potential in people, not their limitations. For all of us, to a greater or lesser extent, we need to feel safe and valuable and that our relationships, including at work, are nurturing. It’s equally important that the business side is thriving. Happy customers, good business and sustainable finances are the foundation for the company to exist, and we achieve this with happy and confident employees and, last but not least, happy business owners and investors. I am also passionate about improving the conditions for people who do not have a secure upbringing as a matter of course. Not everyone takes the beaten path, but my experience is that with the help of committed people, all roads can lead to Rome. Sometimes the road is just full of bumps and we have to go around the same roundabout many times.
