A personal symbol.
Stay with the image for a moment. What does it bring to mind?

Four ways of seeing. Choose your perspective.
“Shine with your work, take a seat and trust that what you bring to the table makes a difference.”
Let the image shift. Stay with the words. What changes in your reading?
Being an entrepreneur is a way of being in life where you insist on following your ideas and your visions. However, it requires that you have the strength and calmness to stand and shine in your light, exist in and insist on your creative power with all the sides you have within you and be all the women you are. Because you are the most important instrument in your business or project – as a leader and collaborator. For many women, this can be the hardest part of being or becoming an entrepreneur. Even though I have award-winning projects and a lot of great results behind me, I have struggled with daring to stand up, take credit for my work and spotlight the difference I bring to the world. It’s all about learning to take up space, or in short: TAKE UP SPACE. Breaking patterns is about learning new things and unlearning the old. You often have to leave much of what you know and throw yourself into situations where there are both unknown and unwritten rules and structures. It takes courage, power and self-awareness to resist the temptation to hide away. That’s why in my own career I have continuously invested in my health and in both my personal development and my leadership. And it’s also why I started creating courses like SHINE YOUR WORK for creatives like myself. In the more than twenty years I’ve worked in the performing arts and festival industry, I’ve seen and experienced a lot. I want to share the experience and tools I’ve developed with others because they are so important to our ability to be visible to the world around us. When we take our rightful place and shine the spotlight on ourselves, we can also have the peace of mind to occasionally step back and think about the next step.
