Louise Witt Sengeløv

We live in a time of opportunity, and I have decided that I want to follow my dreams. I want a working life where there is room for my values and my family life, and at the same time, I want to promote the green transition and put action behind the climate goals. I have achieved this by starting my own business with my husband, where we both work full-time. It’s an adventure where we’ve come a long way, but still have a lot of good things to come. There have never been so many opportunities to design your life the way you want and create a flexible work life that is meaningful and rewarding. I want to create a values-based company with room to be human and have a family, with a focus on making a positive difference to the world beyond profit, and where values are the basis for the decisions that are made. I believe this is the future and I look forward to continuing to work with passionate people and hopefully inspire others to pursue their dreams in line with their values.
