My definition of a Power Person relates to a mindset, and a behavior, and has nothing to do with control, hierarchy, status, or gender. To me, a Power Woman is someone who is authentic, and positive. Someone who will stand up for herself and has the courage to follow her beliefs and seize opportunities, even if she meets resistance, or feels challenged by the assignment that goes beyond her experience and comfort zone. She inspires other people, treats people with respect and nurtures collaboration. I believe that it all starts with the mindset, the can-doattitude, and the drive to accomplish your goals, and I would like to thank all the people who have seen the potential in me and supported me!Believing in someone is one of the most powerful ways to help another person reach their full potential. This is why I make a virtue of paying it forward. To all the talents out there -I want to encourage you to follow your dreams, and do what is right for you, instead of doing what other people think you should do. Hold on to your values, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes, everybody makes them, but use your failures to learn from them and develop. Always do your best and be accountable for your actions. And most importantly: Never doubt your abilities -you can succeed with so much more than you think, if you only believe in it.
