I’m OK – not just in terms of my professional skills, but also in terms of my personality, my being and doing. Yes, of course, many would say, but for me it has not always been a matter of course. I have lived a life where I was declared unsuitable for high school, was paid less than the boys, was told that as a woman I was not allowed to work part-time or dress like a woman if I wanted to make a career – work 80 hours a week and wear a suit. And in a previous relationship, I experienced so much degradation that I broke down. Today, I’ve learned to turn my insecurities and fears into courage. It gives me tremendous energy – a primal force I never knew existed. I have restarted my life and today I am living my full potential both privately and in my business MakeMyStrategy. My life goal is not to sit on top of the world and show power. I want an even better world where it is not only the resourceful mastodons and alpha males (M/F) who set the agenda for our lives on earth. There are plenty of people and companies that can enrich the world if given the chance. Therefore, my life goal is to help unlock their untapped potential and create a better world.
