“I used to think timing was everything. I have since learned that now is the time for everything. - Stella Mowen”

I am often asked for career advice, how I got to where I am today and what advice I would give. The most important thing I’ve learned is that there is a time for everything, “timing is everything”. You can achieve what you dream of, but not everything can happen at the same time, at the same speed. Different phases of life require different focus, but once the opportunity is there in your life, grab it, don’t procrastinate. Be brave, even though I have not felt confident, I say YES to new challenges.I have taken ownership of my own development and actively promoted my candidacy when it has been necessary. I strive to be as authentic as possible, and true to my femininity. I do not compromise on my own core values.I am not afraid to share my experiences and victories. Help others out, I’m not afraid to ask for help, it shows confidence in my own competence, and my motto is “Call a friend” who can do what you can’t. Next time it will be your friend who calls you. A career is a lifetime, not something you peak at the age of 30. Be a little patient and kind to yourself and seize the opportunities when they come. What advice would I give myself as a 25-year-old? I would ask “WHAT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER CHARACTERISTICS?” CURIOSITY and the ability to LEARNnew, that is my most important superpower, which has brought me to where I am in life. Three questions you can ask yourself: What DREAM do you want to achieve? what are your VALUES? What is your SUPERPOWER?
