As you know, power comes from within, but also from us believing in each other and giving each other the opportunity to show our potential. As a 21-year-old with an 11-month-old baby on my arm, I got my first managerial job. Without previous experience (I had only had small jobs before), with an interrupted education due to pregnancy but with great self-confidence and belief in myself. But most importantly, there was someone who believed in my potential and gave me the opportunity to use my inner power and learn the rest “on the go”. Many years later, it has become my profession and a large part of my management philosophy. So believe in your inner power, and believe in each other!
