My professional dream is to bridge the gap between research and practice by making knowledge about the social and organizational work environment easily accessible so that employees and managers in the workplace can understand basic dynamics and navigate to avoid work-related stress, serious conflicts, bullying and prevent both physical and psychological occupational injuries. I want us in Denmark to create a framework for work so that we can achieve important local and global goals and make a real positive difference for each other and the planet.
