“The changes won't come if we wait for another person or another time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the changes we seek. - Obama”

Going ahead with the light and the heart, I fight for those no one wants, I keep going, and I am tireless in my eagerness to turn on the light of all people, because when we shine a light on the good in others and meet others with positive eyes, the other person changes. I know we can change the world and I believe it. We must take the lead and be kind role models and say out loud that I am also unkind sometimes and gossip and make others friendless. To dare to say that I’m also an ass and show vulnerability, but we can all be each other’s kindness ambassadors. I fight for us not to put people in small boxes and close the lid so they can’t breathe and the light goes out inside. We can give everyone oxygen and light and keep their light burning and not burn down their self-esteem and self-image for the rest of their lives. To play good for others and give them the faith that has been lost, to lift other people up. I have worked hard to believe that I was not too much, too weird, too wild, too talkative, had too many opinions, when people on my school path had turned off my light, but then I met people who looked at me with loving kind eyes and believed in me, and they lit small flashes of light in me, so that there was light on the path, so that I could fight for us in Denmark, in the world, to turn on the light of others, and make the world a kind place. In the future, the most important skill will be to make others worthy of friendship, because everything else can be googled, but a friend who misses and sees you can never be googled, and we can’t live and breathe without relationships, without our mental wellbeing.
